Wonderful Clients//

The Conference Centre has kick started the financial year with record bookings for our Auditorium in August. We served over 1,000 people over five working days with a range of catering from breakfast served from 7:30am to cocktails till 9:00pm. It has truly been a great blessing to see both repeat and new clients come through the doors.

We never tire of telling our clients that we are owned by the Northside Community Church and that all our surplus from our conference business goes directly towards supporting and enabling the wonderful work in the community through our church. Clients continue to be impressed by both our church community work as well as the high standards of our conference staff. One CEO, who had been a regular client with another well-known company, requested that his PA book Northside’s Auditorium for an event for his new publicly listed company. At the conclusion of the event, he personally thanked the staff for their “excellent service”, stating he has always “appreciated the consistent high standard of customer service Northside’s staff provide”.

Another client, a major Catholic healthcare group, sent comments to say, “Thank you so much for having us. Honestly the venue is amazing and suited all of our needs. We felt very well looked after so thank you. We will certainly come back!’’

Our order book continues to be built up at a consistent level for the ensuing months ahead.

Thank you to all our conference staff and key volunteers for their great work, never missing a heartbeat even on those longer days that stretch from breakfast to cocktails, ever smiling and always working hard. It is a great work environment to see happy staff and happy clients.

Last but not least, thank you Church for your ongoing prayer support for our Conference Ministry that customers will continue to find us and experience the‘’Northside Difference’’ and are blessed by having used our facility. I love this verse in the Bible….’’so don’t get tired of doing what is good. Don’t get discouraged and give up, for we will reap a harvest of blessing’’ Galatians 6:9.
