Thought of the Week

Northside Youth had an April Fools sleepover at church on Friday. Sleepovers are always an exciting time for youth, as it creates the feeling of a mini camp. They are such an important space for youth to deepen their relationships with God and other youth.

As youth leaders, we love being able to intentionally invest into the lives of young people and disciple them. It’s a privilege providing them a space to interact with God and wrestle through their struggles. Youth today really have to fight hard to follow Jesus and put Him first. Whether it’s school pressure, peer pressure, or even complications at home, there are always distractions. Please be praying for our youth as they learn to love God wholeheartedly and live for Him.
