We joked a while back, that when asked what we did on Sunday, many of us say I went to “church” under the cover of a sneeze or faded volume of voice. That being said, I have been amazed at the stories I have heard in recent months, about the results when someone had the courage not to cover it with a “sneeze”. One Northsider took some Sunday dinner leftovers for her team at work and said it was from church. A Northside visitor was someone’s friend from a social group because they mentioned church and they were keen to check things out. I’m becoming convinced people are more open than we realise, when we (in the smallest and most relaxed of ways) say “I went to church” this Sunday. Maybe you should try it and see what happens?
