Servant hearts//

At the Conference Centre we played host to one of the latest mergers in the healthcare sector which combined information technology and product development, and a healthcare services provider offering an end-to-end clinical and commercial package to pharmaceutical clients. This new entity has a market value of $18bn and employs around 50,000 people with operations in over 100 countries with headquarters in Danbury, Connecticut and Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. It was such an honour that they chose Northside Conference Centre to be their venue of choice on a 5-day training and workshop, with one day finishing up at 10.30pm

The client was very impressed when they learned about Northside’s dual-utilization model with commercial income generated from the use of the same space to fund our church community’s initiatives.

Our founding visionaries would be delighted to learn that we are not just servicing our local business community. For me, it was pleasing and humbling to receive such amazing feedback – that our staff work with such servant hearts in alignment with our Conference Centre mission. They are always willing to go the extra mile above and beyond, still maintaining composure and care in the midst of so many last minute changes across international time zones whilst dealing with the coordinators and presenters in Australia and the USA. We may have the best venue in town but it is the staff that makes and delivers the Northside difference. Personally, I could not have asked for better staff.
