Reflections of 2015//

This year has been a fantastic year at Northside Youth!

First and foremost all glory to God. It has been amazing to watch God move powerfully throughout our youth and the fruit of what He has been up to is so evident. From seeing a bus load of youth, our biggest group yet, travel down to Stanwell Tops for Drastic Camp, through to the amazing way God has been working uniquely in the lives of each of our youth. From some struggling with fear and anxiety, through to not caring about God or thinking He’s relevant. From the big events and large scale God moments through to the individual and small miracles, it’s been a privilege watching on.

I have been really encouraged by seeing how our youth have connected with people in their high schools and reached out through conversations with those who aren’t considered cool, showing grace and love to those others who wouldn’t plus running evangelistic events like Youth Alpha. I have absolutely loved hearing the stories of how our youth have been praying for their friends at school, praying for healing and broken relationships at home. They have also been sharing their testimonies with their friends and sharing the gospel to those they meet. Imagine the fruit of the seeds they have sown in years to come!

I would just like to thank all the leaders who have given up their time to invest in and disciple the youth. As a team we are thankful to be a part of such a great youth group. We are all looking forward to what God will do in and through these youth in 2016!
