Excellent Service//

The year has flown by quickly since our dear Business Development Manager, Annie Meyer, went on maternity leave.  It is so wonderful to reflect from June last year how our team has continued to deliver the ‘’Northside difference’’, a service culture of ‘above and beyond’ as has been so clearly articulated by the these comments from new and existing clients.

Special thanks to Janabel Talens who is usually our first point of contact from enquiry to conversion of a sales lead.  Also deserving of mention is our AV support partner, Open Box Technology through Nick Utber, Mark Holman and Matthew Goldman who always delivery an excellent job.  And thank you too for our regular and faithful serving casual team in Richard Yap, Kelly Chan, Stephen Goddard and recent addition James Warner and Lean Ch’ng  who all work harmoniously under the capable leadership of Patrick Rose, our Front of House Events & Hospitality Coordinator in delivering that difference!

We are excited to see the return of Annie Meyer next month and although sad that Janabel will be moving on, she has left an indelible positive impression on all our clients who have come in contact with her.  We thank her for her service of excellence and wish her all the very best in her next career move.
